Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. It is WayAI's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect on the WayAI website and other sites we own and operate.

Google Data Access and Use

WayAI accesses, with your authorization, Gmail data (reading, sending, and managing emails) and Google Calendar (reading and managing events) exclusively to process your requests through artificial intelligence, provide automated responses, summaries, message organization, and calendar management.

Data Protection

We implement data protection through: TLS/SSL encryption in transit; OAuth tokens stored with authenticated encryption (AEAD); strict access control with RBAC; logical data isolation per user; and continuous access auditing.

Retention and Deletion

Data accessed from integrated services (Gmail, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) is stored in conversation history while your account is active. Authentication tokens are kept encrypted while authorization is active. You can revoke access to Google services via Google settings, delete conversations in WayAI account settings, or request complete deletion via support@wayai.pro (processed within 48 hours). When you deactivate your account, all data is deleted within 30 days.

Sharing

Your data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes, nor used to train AI models. Data is processed by AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic) only during active sessions, under agreements that prohibit use for training. Sharing occurs only when required by law. For Google data, usage complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
