Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your WayAI account and the data associated with it. It applies to the WayAI mobile app (pro.wayai.app) and the WayAI web app.

Delete your account from the app

If you can sign in, this is the fastest way:

1. Open WayAI. In the mobile app, open the You tab and tap “Delete account” at the bottom. On the web, tap your avatar, then User Settings, open the Profile tab and choose “Delete account” in the Danger Zone.
2. If you own an organization or are its only admin, transfer ownership or add another admin first — WayAI shows you which organization and where to do it.
3. Type your email address to confirm, then choose to schedule the deletion (30 days) or delete immediately.

Request deletion without signing in

If you can't access your account, email privacy@wayai.pro from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify your identity before we proceed.

What gets deleted

Your account and its associated data — your profile, conversations, messages, files, and authentication tokens — are permanently deleted. A scheduled deletion happens 30 days after your request, and until then you can cancel it with the link we email you or by signing in on the web. An immediate deletion starts right away and cannot be undone. Some records may be retained longer only where required by law.
